Standardtickets können bis zu 48 Stunden vor der Buchungszeit erstattet werden. Das kannst du selbst über die Schaltfläche „Meine Buchung verwalten“ in deiner Bestellbestätigung tun. Bei Stornierungen von Buchungen, die weniger als 48 Stunden im Voraus erfolgen, besteht kein Anspruch auf eine Erstattung oder Entschädigung. Tickets, die innerhalb der 48-Stunden-Frist (am selben Tag) gekauft werden, können weder umgebucht noch erstattet oder entschädigt werden, wenn du deine Buchung stornieren möchtest. Auch bei Nichtanreise erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

Du kannst deine Buchung bis zu 48 Stunden vor deiner Buchungszeit verschieben oder stornieren. Klicke dazu einfach auf die Schaltfläche „Meine Buchung verwalten“ in deiner Bestellbestätigung. Anschließend kannst du eine neue Uhrzeit oder ein neues Datum wählen oder die Buchung bei Bedarf stornieren.

Wir bieten Spiele für Kinder ab 3 Jahren an, aber nicht alle Spiele sind für kleine Kinder geeignet. „PAW Patrol“ ist ein tolles Erlebnis für die ganze Familie, inklusive Kindern ab 3 Jahren. Für Familien mit Kindern ab 5 Jahren empfehlen wir außerdem „Angry Birds“ und unser Juniorpaket. Alle anderen Spiele sind für Kinder ab 8 Jahren und Erwachsene geeignet, mit Ausnahme von „Squid Game“, das wir erst ab 12 Jahren empfehlen. Kinder unter 12 Jahren müssen für die Dauer des Erlebnisses von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden. An unseren Standorten in den USA muss ein Erwachsener bei der Ankunft eine Verzichtserklärung für Kinder unter 18 Jahren unterschreiben.

Wenn deine Gruppe weniger als 6 Personen umfasst, kannst du für die zusätzlichen Spieler bei deiner Ankunft bezahlen oder eine E-Mail an unser Team schicken, um die zusätzlichen Spieler hinzuzufügen; wenn die maximale Anzahl pro Gamebox überschritten wird, können wir keine Verfügbarkeit für die zusätzlichen Spieler garantieren. Bis zu 48 Stunden vor deiner Buchung kannst du die Anzahl der Spieler reduzieren und eine entsprechende Erstattung erhalten, indem du unserem Team eine E-Mail an [email protected] schickst. Bei Nichtanreise erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

Some of our birthday party packages include decorations. If you would like to bring your own event decorations please contact our customer support team - [email protected]. Where possible we will try to accommodate but it will depend on the venue and busyness.

For school or kids birthday party package bookings, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel an entire booking or reduce the booking size up to 72 hours in advance of the booking time by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the booking time will not be entitled to a refund. These bookings can also be rescheduled up to 48hrs in advance of the booking time.

For full venue hire or other large group packages, bookings include a non-refundable deposit of 20%. The remaining 80% of your payment is refundable, providing notice of cancellation (whether that is the entire booking or individual tickets) is provided at least two weeks in advance of the event date. Cancellation requests and booking size reductions must be made in writing by contacting our customer support team or your event sales representative. These bookings can also be rescheduled up to 1 week in advance of the booking time by contacting our customer support team or your events sales representative.

Where free drink tokens are included in the package, these can be used to purchase any soft drink, medium-sized wine, beer, cider, cocktail or a single shot of spirit and mixer. A double shot of spirit and mixer would require 2 tokens. *Alcohol available at select venues only

Any changes to your booking that involves increasing the number of guests attending your booking will rely on the availability of the venue. Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to refuse booking size increases if they are at capacity. Guests are advised to confirm the final booking size 10 days in advance of the booking time (for schools and birthdays) and at least 2 weeks in advance of the booking time (for corporate events and full venue hire) to avoid disappointment.
