Our birthday package is the perfect way to party in style, including 60 minutes of gameplay of your choice, a goodie bag for the birthday child and 1 soft drink per child. Enhance your experience with our optional add-ons, including a table setup with decor for an additional charge (varies per venue). Bring your own dessert, or we can provide cupcakes for an additional charge of $25. The table setup add-on is required to purchase if offering dessert.

Everything you need to know before you play.
To make a booking you must first choose your location then the game you wish to play. Click the book now button and you will be taken to choose your players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size.

Standard tickets can be moved up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the "manage my booking" button on your confirmation email.

For changes to bookings less than 48 hours away (or for tickets purchased within the 48-hour period), tickets cannot be rescheduled, and you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. We cannot issue refunds or allow rescheduling for non-arrivals. Futhermore, bookings are non-refundable outright.

Special packages relating to large groups; such as kids birthday parties, schools and other larger events have additional terms relating to cancellation and refunds. Please see the “parties & packages” tab.

Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.

Our pricing is based on a per person, per experience basis and will differ per location. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.

The price you may see displayed initially is a 'From £...' price. This is the lowest possible price you could book for. However, once you select a date and time the pricing can change depending on if the venues' peak pricing is in effect. Peak times are pre-determined by the venue's busiest periods, typically this will be during school holidays, weekends and busier weekday evenings, can can vary between our different venues.

Although all our venues do accept walk in bookings, due to high demand we do recommend you book in advance to secure your game experience.

We offer General Admission (Ages 12+) and Junior (Ages 3-11) as our two standard tickets. 

We offer discounted tickets Monday - Wednesday* on 60 minute experiences only for Students/Blue Light Card (UK) or Military/College Student (US). 

*Subject to location.

We have games suitable for ages 3 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children. PAW Patrol is perfect for families with children aged 3. For families with children aged 5+ we would recommend Angry Birds or our Junior Bundle. All other games are suitable for ages 8+ to adult, with the exception of Squid Game which we recommend for ages 12+. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience. In our US venues, under 18s will need an adult to sign a waiver at the venue upon their arrival.

Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking, if above this number, our system will automatically reserve multiple Gameboxes to accommodate your group size. You will need to spilt your group into teams and you will all play at the same time.

If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players; if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team on [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.

No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

Immersive Gamebox involves mild physical activity and does not require a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements, including wheelchair access, can be accommodated for. 

Some of our games are better suited to certain access requirements than others, so if you need advice, please get in touch before booking and we will help you choose on [email protected]. For any players with photosensitive conditions please be aware that our adventures contain digital projections that are a source of flickering light. Please contact us if you have any questions and we’ll be happy to discuss.

Use of lockers are available free of charge at all of our venues for storage of bags, coats and non-essential items while you are playing - however we cannot guarantee availability, so please consider this when planning your experience.
Please wear sensible footwear: flat shoes or trainers, no open toes or heels. We advise wearing just one layer, as you may get warm when being active in the Gamebox!
Yes, you are able to bring your own water bottle into the Gamebox with you. Most of all our venues also have drink options available for purchase throughout the game.

Whilst all are welcome to party with us at Immersive Gamebox, these party packages are specifically designed for kids aged 5 to 15.

Yes, if we have space in the venue we can add additional gameplay in 30 minute increments. You can either organise this upon arrival at the venue, otherwise feel free to email us on [email protected] to add additional time.

Yes, we require a guardian for each booking to supervise the children. You don’t have to play if you do not wish, however if you would like to play, we require you to purchase a ticket.

Some of our birthday party packages include decorations. If you would like to bring your own event decorations please contact our customer support team - [email protected]. Where possible we will try to accommodate but it will depend on the venue and busyness.


Yes, you are able to choose what games you play - this can either be organised upon booking by emailing [email protected] or arrival in the venue.

Our party packages are available during open hours Monday to Friday and Sunday, then from open until 12pm on Saturdays. Parties are available during all operational hours for Gravity MAX venues.

All venues can offer a reserved space or party room as part of "The Ultimate Play & Eat" and "The Mega Play Package".  The specific space available, length of time it can be reserved, and decoration are all venue and package specific, so please check the options detailed within the packages above.

Yes!  However, for the health and safety of all guests, please ensure the cake contains no nuts.  We require written confirmation in advance of your party if you wish to supply your own cake. Unfortunately candles are not permitted however.

No, unfortuantely we are unable to accommodate different food other than our options within the packages.
